Full-Stack AI Audit
An objective X-ray of your marketing technology. We map every tool, data flow and workflow, then show you exactly where money, time and AI potential are leaking away.
The challenge
You can’t optimise what you can’t see
Most marketing stacks grew one tool at a time. Each purchase made sense, but together they create overlapping licences, data that doesn’t match between systems and manual work to glue it all together.
Before investing in AI, you need a clear answer to three questions: what do we have, what is it costing us, and where would AI make the biggest difference? The Full-Stack AI Audit answers all three.
What we examine
Five layers, one complete picture
Technology stack
Every tool, licence and integration. Overlaps, unused features and shadow IT included.
Data & flows
Where customer data lives, how it moves, and whether you can trust it for reporting and AI.
Workflows
Lead-to-revenue processes, handovers and the manual steps holding them together.
People & skills
Ownership, adoption and AI literacy across marketing, sales and operations.
AI opportunities
Concrete use cases scored on value, feasibility and data readiness.
Spend & ROI
Total cost of ownership per capability, benchmarked against what you actually use.
Deliverables
What you walk away with
Not a slide deck that gathers dust. Every deliverable is designed to feed straight into decisions and into your Action Plan.
Visual stack & data-flow map
One picture of every system and how data moves between them.
Overlap & spend analysis
Redundant tools, unused licences and consolidation scenarios with savings.

A benchmark across strategy, data, technology, process and people.

Use cases ranked by impact and effort, with quick wins clearly marked.

Frequently asked questions
Do you need full admin access to our systems?
No. Read-only access or a guided screen-share is usually enough. We sign an NDA and data-processing agreement before we start.
Are you tied to specific vendors?
No. We are vendor-neutral and don’t take referral fees, so our recommendations are based purely on your needs.
What happens after the audit?
Most clients continue with an Action Plan, but the audit stands on its own. You own every deliverable and can execute it with any partner.
How much time does it take from our team?
Roughly 6–10 hours in total for the core stakeholders, spread over five weeks: interviews, two workshops and the readout.
