Action Plan
From insight to a roadmap you can execute. We translate findings into a prioritised, costed plan with a target architecture, quick wins and a business case leadership can sign off.
The challenge
Too many options, not enough focus
Every vendor promises AI. Every team has a wish list. Without a clear sequence, budgets get spread thin, projects stall halfway and the stack becomes more complex instead of less.
The Action Plan creates focus. We weigh every initiative on value, effort, risk and dependencies, and build a roadmap that delivers early wins while laying the foundation for bigger transformation.
How we prioritise
Every initiative earns its place
We score each initiative on four criteria and plot them on one matrix, so trade-offs are visible and decisions are fast.
Business value
Revenue, cost savings and time freed, quantified wherever possible.
Effort & cost
Internal capacity, external spend and licence implications.
Readiness
Is the data, process and team ready, or does something need to come first?
Risk
Privacy, compliance, vendor lock-in and change impact.
Deliverables
A plan built to be executed
Clear enough for the board, detailed enough for the team that has to deliver it.
Target architecture
Your future-state stack: what stays, what goes, what gets connected and where AI fits.
Sequenced roadmap
Initiatives in phases with dependencies, owners and milestones.
Quick-win backlog
Improvements you can deliver in the first 30–60 days to build momentum.
Business case
Investment, expected returns and KPIs per initiative.
Platform selection guidance
Where a new platform is needed, we apply our Blueprint method to choose objectively.

Frequently asked questions
Do we need an audit first?
It helps, but it isn’t required. If you already have a clear view of your stack, we start with a short validation phase instead.
Will the plan lock us into Infini8 for implementation?
No. The plan is yours. It is written so any capable team, internal or external, can execute it.
How detailed is the business case?
Detailed enough for budget approval: investment, expected benefits, assumptions and KPIs per initiative, with conservative and ambitious scenarios.
