1. Who we are
Infini8 (“Infini8”, “we”, “us”) is a consortium of several independent companies that work together and operate as one unified group. Our leading consultants within the consortium come from Wise Media and [company name], operating under Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number [KvK number].

We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Dutch law.
2. Data we collect
We only collect the data we need:
- Contact form & email: name, work email, company name, phone number (optional), topic and the message you send us.
- Newsletter: your email address and subscription preferences.
- Job applications: your CV, contact details and any information you choose to share.
- Website usage: technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, where analytics cookies are used (see Cookies).
Our free tools (AI Readiness Quiz, Automation Gap Finder and Marketing Stack ROI Calculator) run entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us unless you choose to include them in a message via the contact form.

4. Retention
We keep personal data no longer than necessary for the purpose it was collected for. Enquiries that do not lead to a collaboration are deleted after 12 months. Job application data is deleted four weeks after the procedure ends, or after one year with your consent. Financial records are kept for seven years as required by Dutch tax law.
5. Sharing & international transfers
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business (such as hosting, email and CRM providers) under a data processing agreement, or where required by law.
Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
6. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, including encryption in transit, access controls and regular review of our processors.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise your rights, email hello@infini8.io. We respond within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
8. Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use:
- Functional cookies that are necessary for the website to work. These do not require consent.
- Analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies without your consent. You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings at any time.
